Cause Related Marketing
Our Cause Related Marketing can target the social concerns of consumer groups. Human Resources
Through our Employee Grant Program, you company can extends support in terms of management consulting, technical support, linkages, and the most popular one- volunteer support, which is also called ‘employee engagement’. The above program is designed in a way to provide private sector employee volunteers, for exposure and hands-on experience, to develop a sense of ownership, for do-good feeling, engagement within their company, or boosting employee morale.

Corporate Social Responsibility
There are many ways you can support Global Pathfield’s work but the simplest and most effective is through a corporate social responsibility. Your company can invest directly to support Global Pathfields operations or direct a donation to a specific program or region. We also welcome recommendations for corporate foundation support and introductions to your foundation department to support education, livelihoods, public health, nutrition & WASH and environment projects in India. Partners with us for intensive community welfare projects to achieve highest socai return on investment.

Employee Giving
Our Employee Giving program is a simple, tax efficient and regular way of giving back to the disadvantaged communities directly from the pay. Through this program we encourage giving back to society and inculcating the philanthropic gesture for both company and employees, which compliments the company's and its individual's goal of supporting local community initiatives.

Your employees can automate online donations to ensure month on month contributions towards a cause of their choice. This allows them to create social good with a lower commitment of time.

Our trustworthy approach flexible approach is in alignment with robust validation process through legal, fiscal and financial checks by our team to ensure that the contributions given by the company and its employees are utilised in an efficient and effective manner and make the entire process transparent and accountable. Annual updates are sent to the employees to help them stay in touch with the cause they are supporting.

You can complete the entire process in four simple steps or clicks

STEP 1 Employees complete Donor Instruction Form ( either online or paper).
STEP 2 Payroll generates monthly report of employee sign ups.
STEP 3 Payroll processes the deductions from salary and sends a notification & appropriate funds (including any matching payments) to Global Pathfields.
STEP 4 Global Pathfields checks the paperwork, processes the instructions and disburses the funds to the projects for disadvantaged communities (Tax exemption receipts and annual narrative and financial summaries are sent at the end of the year)

Examples of professional services that support Global Pathfields operations include IT support, event management and marketing, design, catering, accounting, and legal services. In-Kind Contribution Gifts
Global Pathfields also welcomes a number of in-kind donations, from air tickets and frequent flier miles to office and media equipment, such as projectors, printers, and digital cameras and accessories.
